Creative Packaging Solutions LLC, is a progressive integrator of robotics and packaging automation in Lancaster PA.
Successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating multiple projects. This includes assisting with vendor selection, line layout drawings, timeline management, installation supervision and commissioning sign off.

Scope:
Facilitate the completion of customer service requirements on behalf of Creative Packaging Solutions LLC.
Technician will facilitate the scheduling, billing, warranty issues, credits and audits in order to satisfy the client needs.
This position reports directly to Service Manager and senior management
The collective goal of field service is the timely processing of customer request for service, parts, and support.
Generate Service Work Orders including all necessary parts, support documentation such as schematics, program logic, blue prints etc.
Basic Duties
Customer consultation as needed to insure quick problem resolution and technical response.
Vendor communication to insure the accurate translation of service issue at hand, part procurement, warranty investigation and corrective measure if deemed necessary.
Execution of purchase orders as needed for the necessary components to insure job satisfaction.
Monitor work activity to inform management of upcoming needs.
Establish and/or adjust work procedures to meet customer needs.
Keep records of work in progress and completed -including materials, labor and scheduling for accurate Job Costing
Training – will be provided in an ongoing format.

Requirements
High School Diploma
Advanced Training – Technical School or Collegiate level
Electrical – ability to read schematic, ladder logic
Mechanical – ability to trouble shoot
Time Management – ability to schedule oneself in an efficient manner
Communication – must be able to communicate to client and management.
Accounting
Receiving & Entering all incoming Vendor Invoices – date log for accurate payment
Compare invoices to Order for accuracy – verify discrepancies with management
Process all invoices for payment – for proper signature
Update overdue – make client contact if overdue greater than 60 day (60-90 days)
Create invoices for material clients
Create Progressive Invoices for Equipment orders (Sales Orders)
Track Job cost – including sample shipment, service labor, freight, FAT travel cost, etc.
Order Processing
Receive incoming orders – phone, email, fax or sales generated
Accurately enter order with prescribed Vendor
Copy Sales with completed order – note any client over dues etc.
Track order through delivery – periodic checks for on time delivery
Order – materials, parts
Equipment orders to be reviewed by management prior to placement

Answer Phones
Prepare small shipments – sample, order etc.
Receive inbound – LTL, UPS, Fed Ex etc.
